Dairy Statistics: An Insider's Guide is a new pocketbook designed to give easy access to facts on the dairy industry in the UK and abroad. In addition to facts spanning all sectors of the industry, the pocketbook also gives details where information can be found on the MDC Datum website.

This guide, in tandem with the Datum market information service will replace the previous publication of Dairy Facts and Figures. With information now available on the web, it will now be easier to find up-to-date dairy statisitcs.
